This two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has great amenities and is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Tahoe City, beautiful Lake Tahoe beaches, and less than 15 miles from 3 major ski resorts with an abundance of summer and winter activities.
There are many accessible mountain biking, hiking and cross-country skiing trails for door-to-door adventures without having to drive and park. The HOA amenities include access to a private pool, hot tub and rec room for whole-family entertainment. Just 2 miles away is the heart of Tahoe City where you will find many great dining and shopping options. There is even a paved path all the way to downtown from the condo for biking or walking.
This is a multi level condo. On the entry level you will find one bedroom with a full size bunk bed that can even sleep adutls. The second bedroom is located downstairs accommodating a queen size bed. The kitchen and living area is on the upper floor with plenty of open space, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a dedicated workstation with a large monitor provided. The vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, and large windows provide an ideal space for both relaxing with family and entertainment of all guests.

Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (13 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (10 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Old Post Office Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Other things to Note:
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park in the assigned spots. No street parking per county ordinance.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
