Enjoy the summer on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe in this nostalgic Chamberlands home. The inviting home features all the Tahoe musts - wood fireplace in the living room, open floor plan in upper living room, dining room and kitchen. Updated decks, close to hiking trails and Chamberlands private beach.
The upper floor's living and kitchen area has an open floor plan with everything you need for cooking. This home is well kept with many original features of an old Tahoe cabin. Enjoy the large deck in the back with a morning coffee or good book. The kids and adults alike will love the lower floor ping pong room, designed for pure family fun.
Eight people (two families or a group of friends) will enjoy the home and location. On the main floor, you have all three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the third bedroom has 3 twin beds and a twin trundle if needed. The lowest floor features the game room with a nice ping pong table. .

Location:
On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a burger or Chambers Punch at the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, or a sandwich and groceries at Tahoma Market and Grill. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City (less than 5 miles).
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell.
* Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
