Beautiful family cabin located next to a nature preserve in an old Tahoe neighborhood. It is a perfect base for adventures. Tahoe Pines pier access and walking distance to BEACH! Make yourself at home in this perfectly located Westshore cabin. Set in the Tahoe woods, there is a beautiful deck with BBQ to enjoy the sunshine and clear sky evenings.
This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the main level downstairs along with the dining area, kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. Upstairs are 2 additional rooms that sleep 6 guests comfortably.

PARKING: 4 vehicles max. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
This home features a wood burning stove which is the main heating source and there are also baseboard heaters throughout.
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
