Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to Mountain Bliss in Tahoe City, also known as Cinco Vista. This is a luxurious lake view home, constructed in 2021-2022, epitomizes contemporary luxury living in the picturesque setting of Lake Tahoe. Boasting panoramic lake views and an array of upscale amenities, this residence is designed to cater to the discerning tastes of its guests.
On the upper level you will have a gourmet wrap-around kitchen with commercial appliances and an island. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room with a large table accommodating 10 guests. Also on the upper level is the spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, a rock fireplace, and an 80" widescreen TV. You can step right outside from the living area to the main deck area with a propane barbecue and patio furniture.
On the mid level is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, dual vanity, and a walk-in shower. A queen bedroom and another bedroom accommodating a king bed along with a hall bathroom with a tub.
On the lower level is a bedroom with a king, a bunk room, and a bonus family room with a sitting area and TV. Also you will find a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and a new hot tub located on the back patio.
The house comes fully equipped with amenities including free high-speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels, kitchen essentials, TV with cable/YouTube TV service, washer & dryer, and barbecue. To add to the luxurious aspect of this home, each of the five bedrooms offer stunning lake views. The property is centrally located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City and is in very close proximity to the Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area, 2 miles from Tahoe City via a bike path, and 3 miles to Waterman's Landing, a dog-friendly beach. Please note that the property has several stairs leading from the garage to the home and between different levels, making it less suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Parking: Parking is available for 6 cars total. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults
