This location could not be more ideal. You are just outside of Tahoe City and also just minutes from the base of Alpine Meadows. Perfect for both Summer and Winter activities. River Walk Condo is walking distance to the Truckee River, River Ranch restaurant and bar, and across from Crest Cafe. It is just down the road from “5 lakes” hiking location and just minutes from Tahoe City, Squaw Valley and base of Alpine Meadows.
You can take the famous bike path along the Truckee river to either Squaw Valley or to Tahoe City. The paved trail is just out your front door. Or, grab your tube and float the Truckee River from Tahoe City to River Ranch, just steps from your condo!

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
