Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lovely Tahoe City vacation rental. This four bedroom home provides a clean and uncluttered respite from the world, and is very conveniently located.
This home is very conveniently located for all the fun and necessities you’d want during your stay. In the peaceful Dollar Point neighborhood, you'll find it hard not to relax during your stay. Just 3.5 miles away is Tahoe City where you will find many great restaurants, fun shops, a park, and other great beaches. There is a walking/bike path you can take from this home to Tahoe City to enjoy the outdoors while exploring the area. A short distance from the beaches at Skylandia and Bristlecone, there is something for every season.
This home has two levels. On the lower level you will find two of the bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and an extra family room with access to the yard. On the upper level will be the remaining two bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a bunk bed with a sofa sleeper in the other. Along with the two bedrooms is the large kitchen, dining area, and living area with an open and spacious floor plan allowing you to enjoy the company of all your guests. With large windows throughout the upstairs it allows plenty of natural light with views of the surrounding tahoe pines. Step outside on the deck and enjoy a nice morning cup of coffee taking in the fresh Tahoe air or, in the evening hours, enjoy a nice outdoor dinner.

Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (12 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (10 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total, two in the garage and two in the driveway. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Dog Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
