We had a very nice time staying in this Lake Forest condo. It was very clean and spacious, and provided most everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Tahoe City. It was a great location, just a short walk to the lake or Skylandia Park where we jumped off the pier. Although we didn't use the bikes in the unit, the condo complex is perfect for bike riding with a trail close by. <br/><br/>Our family likes to prepare our own meals, and we prefer to grill on vacation and eat outside. However, we were unable to do this as this unit did not have a BBQ nor a table to sit out on the patio. It worked out okay, but the experience for guests would be enhanced these amenities.<br/><br/>All in all, it was very comfortable.

House has everything you need. Check in and out was very easy. We were able to walk or bike to pools, restaurants, lake, etc. Location was perfect. The only complaint we have is the master bedroom bed. Very uncomfortable. The other beds were fine. The rest of the furnishings are a little dated, but comfortable. Plenty of seating.
We are happy you liked the bike path and pools. The beach is a close walk. Hope to see you next summer. We will see about upgrading the master bed!

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo near Tahoe City. We really liked having the bikes to ride into town and the condo was spacious enough for all of us to feel comfortable. We also liked having a washer/dryer since we did a lot of outdoor activities.<br/>Our biggest complaint was that the hot tub was not hot our entire stay. The hot tub is obviously a draw, considering it's in the title of the condo, so it was super disappointing. There was no number to call to complain and even when the HOA office was open, they were not much help. My parents also said that the sink in the master bathroom was clogged.<br/>Besides those things, our stay was enjoyable! Thanks!

Everything always looks better in photos. That was true for this rental. Ill start with the positives: the washer and dryer were brand new and very nice, the TV upstairs was new and big, and the shower head in the hall bath had good pressure. It was very close to our favorite beaches. It was clean. Thats it. Those are the only positives. <br/><br/>Now for the negatives: everything else. The bathroom in the master bathroom is a joke. I didnt even use the shower because the door was like one foot wide and felt like it was going to fall off. The floors on both levels were so loud, it sounded like you were jumping upstairs when in reality you were walking softly. There are no blinds on any windows except for in one bedroom, and those were stuck pulled up. The curtains on all the windows just barely covered the windows and were not blackout so good luck sleeping past sunrise. Privacy was also an issue because of the too small curtains. There were no ceiling fans in any of th rooms and the rental did not provide any floor fans. This was a problem when trying to go to bed because the upstairs would get extremely hot during the day even with the windows open. <br/><br/>I could seriously list more but theres just too much. Save your money and dont rent this property.

Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable. Condo needs new dishwasher but this could be because the water pressure in the kitchen is very low.

It was a comfortable house for the six people we stayed there. It has enough plates and utensils to prepare meals. The house was super clean and gives enough towels for the house and the hot tub!!<br/><br/>Some comments to improve it:<br/><br/>The dishwasher makes a lot of noise. And there is so much dust that I got allergies. Maybe it is time to renew the carpets. The master bedroom bathroom is less nice than the other bathroom and the shower door gets stuck. The other bathroom gets very hot.
