Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles (1 in garage, 2 in assigned parking spaces) All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed. It may be put away for the winter and or for High Wind Red Flag warning days. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access.
* There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use.

*Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years
*Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 6 adults
*Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 9 adults

*OCCUPANCY: Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12.

The Condo is cozy, clean, well maintained and the beds are comfortable. <br/><br/>The location is great as you are a short car ride from Tahoe City, Truckee and very close to Squaw & Alpine Meadow's.<br/><br/>The local rental service company was very customer service oriented and nice to work with.<br/><br/>My family stayed at this location for the Thanksgiving Holiday and it met our needs. We spent most of our time at a friends house and or out & about around Lake Tahoe returning at night to get a good night sleep.
Thank you enjoying the condo as much as we do. We hope you had a great vacation and we look forward to hosting you again.
