Located central to the North Shore of Lake Tahoe in Kingswood, this home is only 5 minutes to Northstar Ski Resort (Epic Pass), the beaches or the grocery store; 15 min to Diamond Peak and just 25 minutes to Palisades/Palisades Alpine (Ikon Pass) and Mount Rose ski resorts. North Lake Tahoe has a wonderful selection of restaurants, shopping and a variety of nightlife including casinos. An ideal central location to enjoy all that Lake Tahoe has to offer.

* Due to temperate climate, like most houses in Tahoe, this one does not have A/C. (Plenty of fans available if unusual hot spell.)
* 2 Cars in oversized garage, Room for 4 more cars in driveway plus gravel on side of house for boat or RV. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Renters must be 25+
* Max overnight occupancy per county code is 10 adults. (15 adults max daytime occupancy – per code).
* Pack and Play and small child seats available in master closet.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months – AWD or 4WD with snow tires or chains often recommended/necessary – sometimes required on street, mountain passes and highways or access denied. Check weather or road reports frequently. This house has a west facing “flat” driveway so melts more quickly or is passable more often than others.
