The free TART Connect shuttle also offers convenient, on-demand transportation throughout the West and North Shore.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms, including two queen beds and a twin bunk setup ideal for children. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed for preparing meals at home. The open living and dining areas are designed to take full advantage of the lake views, creating a relaxing space to gather.

Parking:
*Inside the gate: 2 cars in winter & 4 plus cars in summer. Additional open parking available outside the gate year-round. Please do not block the neighbors driveway
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
*Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
*Use of outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in the winter.
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
*This is a non-smoking home.
*Pets are not allowed at this home.
*Renters must be 25+
*Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
