Location: Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, and casinos.
Parking:
There is available parking for 1 car in the garage, and 3 cars in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Not satisfied
Our rental house was not cleaned when we arrived after many hard hours of driving after dark. Instead of making dinner we had to wash and dry sheets and towels, clean counters, pick up food from the floors etc. There was defecation in one toilet and nasty dried up toothpaste in sinks. Really an unacceptably bad experience for > $1000/night. I expect a refund for this night. Address was 213 not 613 Observation.
They were super responsive & easy to deal with & we loved the rental house! We plan to return!

Awesome Stay
Awesome property in north Lake Tahoe. Super pretty community.. dollar point, higher end feel with uniform streets. Home was super comfortable and nicely appointed. We loved our stay. Jacuzzi was a big plus!
Clean, cozy, great location
We loved this stay. The place was super clean, cozy, and at a great location. We were greeted with a sweet gift and message which was super appreciated. Everything went smoothly, would definitely stay here again.
Great stay for the 4th of July
The house was great for a family of four plus a couple of friends. It would be great if there were more fans and shades to block the strong sun coming into the kitchen.
Definitely Worth the stay
It was a lovely home? The pictures didn't convey how comfortable it was. Maybe it was the timing but it was comfortable, fully stocked and conveniently located. It had a wine bar, tid bits like flower, rice, condiments, seasonings (not just salt and pepper) and all the tid bits one would need or forgets to bring. If I had to critique...this is definitely neighborhood location but with some road noise but a great experience and none of that interrupted our stay.
Friends Trip to Observation Point
We had a great time in the home. It was as advertised. They had the basic supplies (soaps, towels, etc) in the house for us. It was clean and an overall great property. I would highly recommend staying here. Additionally the Tahoe Rental Company staff was kind and easy to get in touch with. 10/10!
Great Dollar Point vacation
We had a great time. We had one little issue with the microwave but they sent someone out very quickly to fix it. Perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. Great location
Spring break ski trip
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and convenient home.
Great location and very nice house!
Visited in the winter on a ski trip to Palisades. The house is in a great location to get to both Tahoe City and the mountain. We were there during a storm and the double garage along with frequent plows clearing both the driveway and the streets made our trip very smooth. Hot tub is also a wonderful addition. Kitchen is very large and easily fit our party of 8. Management was very nice and helpful throughout the trip. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Getaway Location
We have rented a few homes in Tahoe and this was by far the best. We have family in Dollar Point and this location was perfect for walking/biking visits. The home was very clean and the bathrooms were outstanding, large and roomy with lots of places to put our belongings. The kitchen was well-appointed with utensils, cookware and glasses. Definitly recommend this rental home for any family.
Quick local getaway
Celebrated our anniversary with a local getaway. House was lovely. Used it as a base for exploring, hiking, etc.
Wonderful updated cabin, great location
My family and I stayed here for a weekend snow and ski trip. 2 adults, 5 and 2 year old. We really enjoyed many things about this house.
First of all, it has been recently renovated and everything seemed new. It has a great cabin feel, nice wood floors but even nicer soft comfortable carpets in the bedrooms. The master king bed was so comfortable and the room was very large. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and one has 2 bunk beds, perfect for kids. The bathrooms, both renovated, had heated floors, automatic moisture sensors for the fans, and best of all, handles to turn on the showers right when you open the door so you don’t get wet when you turn on the shower. There is a hot tub just off the side deck down by the 2nd bathroom.
Upstairs there is a nice gas fireplace and a super comfy big couch that can fit many. The kitchen was stocked with everything ( no extra spices or anything food related), and was large and had a nice view of the lake. There’s a good open feel to the great room with a nice dining area and even a wine fridge!
The location for us was great. Its a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s 2 min from downtown Tahoe City where there are a ton of restaurants and shops. And it’s close to Northstar, Sqaw, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood.
We would definitely stay here again. Great place.

Wonderful Thanksgiving
What a Beautiful Cabin. The floors and wood work in the cabin gave it a wonderful cabin feel. We loved the heated bathroom floors. Our family of 8 fit perfectly and let us enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cabin was very clean and fresh. The lake view out the kitchen window was so wonderful to look at as we cooked and worked in the kitchen. The Rental service has made everything so easy and smooth from check in to check out. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in this year of 2020.!

Beautiful updated home. We love to cook and the kitchen was amazing as well as all the kitchen supplies. Bathrooms were gorgeous!! Love this place and we already wanted to go back but it was booked. Will be back for sure!! Perfect for 2 couples! Fantastic hot tub as well.
