The house is warm, and the heater is not too loud. We loved the large dining table, the upgraded bathrooms, and the inviting fireplace in the living room. — we truly loved our stay!

We loved the large dining table, the upgraded bathrooms, and the inviting fireplace in the living room. It would be really nice to have newer frying pans in the kitchen.Other than that — we truly loved our stay!

Although this place is on the main road and is lacking in curb appeal, it was very clean, large, cozy, and close to everything we needed. The back yard is huge and there were plenty of beds for our group of teens. We loved that the rooms were connected for the kids, and we had our own room and bathroom as parents. The wood burning fireplace is a nice, cozy touch. A hot tub would be ideal, but we understand they are not easy to maintain. Otherwise, a great place for a very fair price.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible rental property, and I can&#x2019;t say enough good things about it! It was so perfect for our family that included an assortment of ages with one fur baby. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained everything was. The home had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect cozy retreat.<br/><br/>Every amenity we could possibly need was provided&#x2014;from a fully stocked kitchen to sledding discs. Plenty of extra blankets were also available. We really liked the heated bathroom floors. The location worked well for us. You are on the main road but we never noticed the noise. <br/><br/>My adult children and grandchildren asked if we could stay here again.

Good family home. Three bedrooms, one of which is accessed through another bedroom.

We were happy with the rental. The rental company was communicative, responsive and very friendly. The only issues we had with the house was that we did not know it was on the highway; with kids and dogs that was less than ideal. The living room furniture was also not very comfortable and that is where we spent most of our time as a family. And even with the odd room layout, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great and spacious. In all it was a great stay. Just wish we knew about being on the highway and the furniture needs to be updated.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home; the backyard was massive and fenced in, so my dog could prance around in the snow. Also, there was some snow, and the littles could use their sleds. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, everything was super clean and well organized. The view from the dining table was beautiful and the last day we were able to enjoy breakfast while watching the snowfall. The location is central to Kings Beach and close to North Star Resort for those who are skiing/snowboarding. The check-in process was a breeze, and all the information we needed was provided beforehand (toiletry needs, wifi, etc.). I would stay here again.

We have three couples and two older dogs. It was perfect.

We had a lovely time a Speedboat Retreat. The house is lovely and very well organized. It's in a great location - close to the lake, shopping and ski resorts.

We had a great time here! The location is very convenient and the cabin was exactly as pictured. There was a lot of sawdust outside on the patio so that prevented us from sitting outside, but otherwise it was well-maintained.

Positively memorable stay. Great location. Street noise a non issue. Loved the dog friendly but surprised at the amount and extent of carpet stain throughout. That says more for the inconsiderate renter(s) that could have responsibly mitigated that. And that said, absolutely no odor and easy to overlook due to the coziness and cleanliness and everything else that was so nice.

Great yard for dogs and many things to do nearby. I'd stay here again.

Awesome house, large enough for our party of 8. <br/>Great mud room to store all of our gear, only 15 mins to Northstar. Close to grocery store and plenty of food options. Huge fenced backyard which is hard to find for the doggos - that was awesome. Super short walk down to speedboat beach. <br/>Beds were a little on the hard and small side but not a big deal for a 3 night stay. Everything else made up for it. Bathrooms had radiant floor heating which was very nice. <br/>Property management company was also flexible with allowing an extra car to park at the house. That made life a whole lot easier.

My first impression when we walked in is that the house was VERY clean and comfortably appointed with everything you need for your stay (kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are updated and nice, beds are comfortable). As others shared, the fenced in back yard was great for our kids and dogs, especially since the front is right on a busy street. It was conveniently located near Northstar and Palisades, as well as the lake (an easy walk down). My only recommendation/comment is that because we were here in the winter, there was about a 2 foot wide strip along the front doors to the house that was solid ice. We had one person fall getting out of the front door despite trying to be careful. In the winter, if extra care could be taken to help remedy that, it would be much appreciated. Otherwise, the house was a good rental for a family trip.

We had an amazing time staying at this property; the house had plenty of room for my family, including my 1 year old nephew and my dog loved running around in and exploring the spacious backyard. The location was also right by the lake and not far from all that the Tahoe area has to offer. Definitely a great place to stay for a Lake Tahoe trip!

Such an enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving. The property is well located just out of the main drag of Kings Beach. It’s an older style property but with lovely new bathrooms full of fresh clean towels. Overall it’s very well presented with lovely clean bedding, a great kitchen for cooking a Thanksgiving feast and the perfect fully-fenced yard for our dog. We did a great walk straight from the house, just over the Nevada state line - up above the lake for beautiful sunset views and could drive easily to Truckee and Tahoe City. Highly recommend this place. We would happily stay again.
