Location:
Located in the peaceful Tahoe Estates neighborhood, the home offers a quiet, residential setting just a short stroll from the shores of Lake Tahoe. Spend your days paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, boating, or simply enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Nearby, North Tahoe Regional Park features over 125 acres of year-round recreation, including tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf, cross-country ski trails, a high-ropes course, and a playground. Despite its tranquil setting, the home is close to it all, with easy access to Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, Mt. Rose, hiking and biking trails, restaurants, shopping, and countless outdoor adventures. 

Parking: 

* Parking is available for 4 cars, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway (up to 4 cars in the driveway for summer).  All cars must park in the garage or driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 12
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
