Everything you’d expect in a luxury rental. Beautiful property, great neighborhood, responsive host. Chef’s kitchen is stocked with Wolf range and everything the serious home chef could want. Can’t wait to go back.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Lake Tahoe and we wanted a more slow paced area to stay and we found it! For 3 couples the amount of bathrooms and bedrooms was perfect the only downside I would say is the bedroom on the main level has a large window that doesn’t have a screen which makes for an early morning, but being from Texas and the time change it wasn’t so much of a bother. The kitchen was the most well equipped airbnb I have stayed in and there was a surplus of towels (bath and beach) in the restrooms. Highly recommend sitting on the porch star gazing and watching the shooting stars go by! Communication with Tahoe Rentals was great, they answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on restaurants and activities near by! Would stay here again and again!

The place is great and can easy contain 2 families. Everything was great. Only thing is missing is the AC , too hot for summer. It’s boiling inside. Definitely will book again in winter!

Our group had a great time! The property is exactly as listed and had everything we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked to host our group. The view of the lake was beautiful. The hosts are responsive and helped to resolve issues as soon as they could. Would return in a heartbeat!

Family reunion with adult kids …. All had plenty of room. Great views of lake from upper deck.Mid July was 80s, so the inside (especially upstairs) was really hot during the day. The Nest thermostat AC control didn’t work, & when we called the property mgmt, the rep said the house didn’t have AC. Oh well, nice breeze from lake thru windows.

The house was great - we had 6 people in our party and it was a very comfortable stay. Kitchen was very well equipped and stocked. Beautiful view of the lake from the living area and we enjoyed the deck and hot tub during our stay. We were only 6-8 mins away from the town for restaurants and stores.

The house has a stunning view of Lake Tahoe and overall is very well designed and has everything you might need during your stay. We had the best time hanging out on the couch next to the real wood fireplace and looking at the Lake and playing games.

Truly amazing experience with staying at this house. The house was carefully and professionally maintained and has almost everything we needed during our stay. We celebrated my 60th birthday this past weekend in this property, and it was amazing. Gorgeous windows all around to take in the beauty of the Lake and trees. Chipmunks, squirrels and birds all about. Beds are comfortable and this was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. If you want to stay in and cook, the cookware is very nice and there are leftover containers for you to use while you are there. Bring your Nespresso pods (original) or just use regular coffee. You have both options. The deck is nice and sunny and even in cooler temperatures, it is very pleasant and warm. The owners spared no expense for your comfort during your visit. Don't hesitate to rent this lovely place. The garage is not connected to the house, just just be aware.

We were lucky to stay for a few weeks at this wonderful home again this winter. It was a pleasure to work with Tahoe rental company and the home was sparkling clean when we arrived. The home is bright and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Close to Tahoe City for shopping and restaurants and Palisades is an easy 10-15minute drive. We will hopefully return again next year!

Firstly, the house was absolutely beautiful, exceeding our expectations in many ways. The kitchen was remarkably well-equipped, making our meal preparations a breeze. We were also blown away by the gorgeous views and the convenient location that allowed us easy access to local attractions.<br/><br/>However, there were some issues that I believe warrant your attention:<br/>1. Construction Noise: Our mornings were disrupted by construction work that started at 7:30 am. Make sure to check with the Property Management was the progress is on the house that is being build right in front (lakerow).<br/>2. Electrical Wiring: Breakers tend to blow when using too many devices (e.g. dryer and stove)<br/>3. Couch Condition: The living room couch is outdated and uncomfortable, with springs sticking out. This was disappointing for such a high-end property. When addressing this, property management said this will be worked on.<br/>4. Outdoor Deck: While beautiful, the deck could benefit from some dusting, as there were a lot of spiders. But again, the views make up for it.<br/>5. Missing Blinds: The absence of blinds caused the house to heat up considerably during the day. Just keep this in mind depending of the time of year you are looking to book this property for. Also it looked like they will install them at one point as there was wiring for blinds. <br/>In summary we really enjoyed our stay and again the property is beautiful. Just minor things we wanted to make sure someone would know before booking.

This was the second time we stayed at this house and it&#x2019;s one of our favorites. Great house, great location!

My fiancé and I stayed at this beautiful Dollar Point home for almost a week and were blown away… It is one block off the lake. The view of the sunrise over the lake is incredible from any of the outdoor decks and the living room. The colors in the sky at sunset are equally as impressive. There is a hot tub on the lower deck that was great after a long day of skiing. One of the downstairs showers is a steam shower. I made sure to bring eucalyptus oil to add – It was heaven! The kitchen looks brand new and is stocked with high end applications. It was also very well stocked so we took advantage of a number of home cooked meals, however downtown is less than 10 minutes away with many restaurants to choose from. We were skiing at Northstar and Palisades – both in easy driving distance to get on the slopes quickly. We were working from home throughout the week and found it easy to do so with the office and docking station and many other chairs and desks / tables available throughout the house. This is a fantastic choice for a place to stay with a large family and / or friends.

Wow! This place exceeded all our expectations! The location gave us easy access to all the restaurants and outdoor activities we wanted to pursue. The view from the decks overlooking Lake Tahoe are fantastic - I could sit out there all day. The home is truly set up to take care of all your needs. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was so well laid out that we came back with ideas for our kitchen. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and the decorations were charming. We like to leave the places we visit in better condition than when we arrived but that wasn&#039;t possible here because the house was in perfect condition when we arrived! And the hot tub on the deck was a great touch to soak our bodies after our outdoor activities, again, while enjoying the view of the lake If you are going to visit Lake Tahoe, this home is a great way to do it!

We had the pleasure of an extended stay at this home over the winter. A wide open main floor with a beautiful view of the lake and comfortable space for cooking and relaxing by the fire. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable and extra linens and towels are available. Conveniently located (15 mins to Palisades) and shopping and restaurants (5 mins). Plenty of games and the hot tub were a welcome addition when were snowed in. Interaction with the Tahoe Rental Company was very professional and timely for the few things we needed. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful home.

We had the pleasure of an extended stay in this beautiful home. The house is open and bright which was a bonus for those who had to work remotely. We enjoyed skiing at Palisades/Alpine which was an easy (15 min) drive, Access to groceries and restaurants nearby (5 mins) in Tahoe City. Enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and is very well stocked with everything you need. Beds are super comfortable with extra linens and towels. The few times we needed assistance from the rental company they were very friendly and responsive. We had a truly amazing stay and would recommend this property and Tahoe Rental Company.

One of the most well-stocked homes I’ve rented! Not only is the house beautiful and comfortable for both families and couples, but it’s location and views are hard to beat. 4 good-sized bedrooms and 4 well-equipped bathrooms make you feel like you’re at a spa; one of the bathrooms even has a steam shower. A hot tub, grill, two decks with amazing lake views, and a top notch kitchen make this home at the top of your short list!

My college girlfriends stayed here for a long weekend. Started our mornings with sunrise coffee, hiking along the lake, woods, and mountains each day. Kayaking along the beach is a great way to see all the beautiful lake homes. Even learned how to play pickle ball. Each night finished the day with a glass of wine, good meal and enjoying the sunset. House is beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and great indoor and outdoor entertaining space for all to enjoy. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to make a meal. Highly recommend to relax and reconnect.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Did some barbecuing on the grill, and we took full advantage of the hot tub and dart board. Would definitely vacation here again.

We had a small family reunion (six adults, two children) and this house was a perfect fit an A+! Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe, quiet and peaceful, yet just a few minutes to Tahoe City.<br/><br/>The home was recently updated, clean, and very well equipped for cooking, games, small office for those inclined to work on vacation, WiFi, deck, spa, etc. All of the amenities for a relaxing holiday.<br/><br/>The management company was responsive and professional. I highly recommend this home, and would have loved to stay even longer!

We loved our stay&#x2014; it was perfect for a family. Beautiful modern yet cozy interior. Elegant touches, such as the heated floors. Great location, views of the lake, etc. The only slightly negative thing is that there was no shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Maybe I didn&#x2019;t read the listing close enough. Never stayed in a rental property that doesn&#x2019;t provide at least a few travel bottles. But there&#x2019;s a Safeway 7 min away so it was no big deal! Everything else was perfect!!

The house lived up to the descriptions, pictures, and reviews. The remodel was done really well and the layout of the rooms, kitchen, and living area is perfect for hanging out with friends and family. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked so meal prep was seamless. There are plenty of board games too!

Beautiful home in perfect condition. Not right on lake but still a lovely view. There were only 4 of us but could comfortably accommodate more. Had almost everything we needed as far as supplies. Many great restaurants not far away. Management quick to respond with answers to questions. Would rent again.

The kitchen, living, and dining are all open and perfect for enjoying a large group. There was every amenity and the kitchen had everything you could want or need. We had a wonderful time!

I had an unhappy experience with VRBO because I had rented another cabin, gave my credit card info, received confirmation and then several days later received a cancellation that the property was still under construction. I signed up for another, received confirmation and got another cancellation explaining that the owners use multiple websites and someone was before me. That was very upsetting and unfair. Our family was depending on this. My third try worked wonderfully and was through Tahoe Realty. the cabin was clean, well stocked and lovely. One toilet did not work and Tahoe Rental Company got on it and assured us it would be be replaced in two days and it was.Great staff there!

My family came from their homes around the country for a week of relaxation at the most beautiful place on the earth. We sat, played and let the place envelop us.

Four of us enjoyed our stay at Dollar Point. Not only was the home we rented so very accommodating but we also used the tennis courts and loved the private beach!<br/>And the property management was excellent and so responsive!!!

The outdoor living spaces are perfect for a summer family reunion. Be aware the king sized bed room is actually a trundle bed in a small office with a stand up music keyboard. This room is not comfortable as a bedroom. You have to go downstairs to shower. The home is clean, however the living areas show numerous signs of being a long time rental.

Overall the experience was terrific and the whole family had a good time. 2 issues: we would have liked access to the garage and thought we would have it since we did last year. It never happened and should have been cleared up before we got there. Also, the TV system is very arcane, divided in 2 spaces, with the remotes requiring exotic skills. Incidentally the downstairs TV didn't work at all! It would have helped for there to be good instructions on how to access the TVs. Alex was very accessible and helped as much as she could, but these both are owner responsibilities. Otherwise, all else was just fine, everything worked well and the place was fun.
