The home was beautiful. Plenty of room for a large group or a family. Has a large slice of lake front property. A dedicated dock and buoy for boats. Also has a space for lake access via kayak that they have on the property.We appreciated the communication with Tahoe Rental Company

The house we stay is incredible. It has the best view of Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Spent a girls weekend at this amazing cabin! Snow and rain kept inside most of the weekend but the view out the windows was stunning and the fire inside made it cozy. The hosts were so communicative, kind and helpful! We had an amazing experience and are looking forward to the next time we can come visit!

We had a great ski weekend. The home is lovely and had everything we needed.

Prefect for what we wanted. Time to simply stay in our PJs and relax with good food. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils & dishes. Spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the sun. A Safeways is only about 15 minutes away if you need anything. Pretty much prefect.. ps. Great water pressure for hot showers! Will return.

Gathering of friends, gourmet cooking, playing with our dogs by the water. Hiking, walks, board games, and good wine.

House was wonderful! Property was well maintained and gorgeous! We enjoyed swimming and using the hot tub!!! Bears are definitely around but fun to see! We will come back for sure!!!

What a great house! Our family of 7 had a wonderful time here, enjoying the deck, the views, the amenities. The house exceeded our expectations; it was so comfortable with a great layout for family time. The lawn was in great shape and great for soaking in some rays. We also made use of the kayak and paddle board and even jumped in the (very cold) water from the dock.Tahoe Management was very responsive when we had an issue with one of the doors and had someone come fix it within the hour.We loved our time here and highly recommend this house.

We stayed here with family friends for winter skiing. Location of the home was fabulous, easy to get everywhere and loved the lake front. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day of skiing! Loved the layout of the hike with private bathrooms and king size beds for 3 of the bedrooms. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was wonderful. The view there is stunning, the house is excellently constructed, and for a rental property, the furnishings were superb.<br/><br/>On the downside, the heating controls did not seem to work super well. We had to open doors/windows even after turning the heat to the lowest setting to make it bearable the first evening at the property.<br/><br/>Another issue was with the televisions. The one in the master bedroom needs to be hung on a wall, as it is non-viewable otherwise. For the tv in the living room, there were four controllers we found and it was next to impossible to figure out what controlled what, and what services/channels were available based on the information in the property's guidebook. <br/><br/>I appreciated the kindness and superior service the women we spoke with at check-in provided. Our flight arrived into Reno early, so we arrived to the property at 3pm, and she allowed us to check-in early. The individual from the property service who called us on our second to last day was not so personable. We accidently had left a light on outside and they said they had a neighbor complain, and she was very sharp in her tone about making sure to not let it happen again even after I apologized.<br/><br/>I would definitely recommend the property to others. If driving from the Reno airport, plan an hour travel time, and be sure to stop at one of the Safeway stores on the way to stock up on food for your stay.

We&#x2019;ve been coming to Lake Tahoe in September for years and this was our first time staying lakefront and it did not disappoint. <br/><br/>The photos are an accurate representation of what you will walk in to. The home was clean, well kept and had all of the amenities to make it feel like home. <br/><br/>This lakefront location was the biggest benefit. Slip your paddle board into the lake for a sunrise paddle or sit in a chaise lounge sipping your coffee, it was perfect. It is walkable to hiking trails and a local market/deli. <br/><br/>It is right on Lake Blvd, closer to the road than some others, and although road noise didn&#x2019;t bother us, it did feel a little unsafe crossing the road to the walking path. <br/><br/>Bottom line, we loved our stay and plan on coming back. <br/><br/>

The outdoor spaces have the absolute best views of the lake, and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and eating dinners on the upper deck. We brought our boat and the buoy access was great. We enjoyed our stay at Grandview, with amazing views of the lake. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are huge with plenty of storage. The upstairs shower was wonderful, with plenty of water pressure and so easy to operate. However, we were given only one set of towels per person for our entire stay ( 10 nights). The house appears on the website to be set back from the highway, but that is very misleading, as it is actually right on the highway, We found the continuous road noise quite an annoyance, and I am sure it is much worse in the summer. Overall the house is comfortable and cozy with unforgettable views!

A perfect lake house for family, friends, and supreme comfort. Positives: beds are very comfortable, views are awesome, super clean, fireplace with wood provided, very responsive property manager, quiet nights in a hot tub, and amazing water pressure in the showers. Things to consider: there are two traditional coffee makers and one does not work. The one that does uses cone shaped filters. The fridge ice maker does not work- but many ice trays are provided full of ice. Lots of geese poop on lawn. Grill outside has some functional handicaps (knobs fall off easily). <br/>Overall, I would recommend this house to everyone!

Very lovely home with amazing views of Lake Tahoe! The house was perfect for my family of 6 to spread out and relax. The hot tub was great for relaxing after long days exploring. Location was convenient. We hope to be back one day!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this cabin. It has a beautiful view of the lake and waking up to that view was breathtaking. The cabin was clean and neat. We will definitely be coming back.

Grandview in Tahoma was a great place to spend time with family and friends. We used it as a base to ski, sled, and explore the north Lake Tahoe area. Our challenge was getting the heat figured out in the house. It was not easy to figure out based on the instructions.

We had an amazing time at this spacious beautiful chalet on Lake Tahoe. This place has everything you need. Pack your vehicle and plan on relaxing your entire time. Hearing the water splashing on the rocks while you drift away to happy dreams and the best sleep I have had this year. Views out of almost every window. The board games were a hit! Thank you so much for giving us the privilege of being able to stay at such a timeless gorgeous spacious cabin. I look forward to returning. Thank you.

Came in the beginning of December. Absolutely breathtaking view, spacious, cozy fun house/Cabin. Loved the amount of space for us all. Trying to book for the summer aswell!! It's a must have trip for us every year, and we found our return cabin!!
