While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley, Homewood or Northstar. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You are also near a bike trail that you can ride in the summer to Palisades or to West Shore. You are also close to breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or lunch or dinner at Sunnyside restaurant. You can also head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
