In the summer, parking expands to accommodate four vehicles, including one in the garage, one directly in front of the garage, and two additional vehicles on the right side of the home accessible through the fenced entryway.

*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. 

 

Other things to Note:

*Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.

*Use of outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in the winter.

*Renters must be 25+ 

*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults

*This is a non-smoking home.

*Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
