Located just minutes from Northstar Ski Resort, Canterbury Manor puts you close to world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking, biking, and outdoor adventures in the summer. A nearby bike path leads directly to the North Tahoe Regional Park, where you’ll find pickleball courts, playground, trails, and more.

Pet Friendly:
*Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.
*No other animals permitted without prior approval.

Parking:
*Parking is available for 4 cars total. One in the garage and 3 in the driveway
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* Smoking anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited and subject to a $300 fine. 
* Please note that all outdoor furniture, including BBQ grills, are seasonal and not available during winter months. As a general rule they are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 
* Due to the nature of mountain living, internet connectivity may be unreliable. Your personal hotspot can provide peace of mind if uninterrupted connectivity is crucial to your stay
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use.
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

County Ordinance Information:
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 
* Occupancy or noise violations may incur penalties of up to $10,000 per violation.
* Street parking is not allowed for short-term rental guests at any time. Use designated parking areas only. Violations may result in fines of $1,000 or more. 
* Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000.
**These ordinances are strictly enforced by the county, and we do not have the authority to grant exceptions.
