The large open living/dining/kitchen area will be where your family gathers for conversation and games. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and plenty of seating in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to cook a fabulous family meal. The private deck off of the upper floor living room overlooks the large over-sized fenced backyard. Surrounded by tall pine trees, our home has a horseshoe pit and built-in BBQ; perfect for relaxing with the family and enjoying the woodsy setting and fresh pine smell.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway (garage unavailable for use). No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.

Wonderful visit for entire family
Wonderful visit to Sweet Dreams Dollar Point rental for entire family, including our dogs. House was perfect for family gathering in the living room and kitchen area. Backyard was great to play in the snow with our dogs and grandkids. Communication with Tahoe Rental was excellent through out our stay
Would stay here again anytime!
This home was perfect for our family and friends. It was raining a lot during the first part of our stay so we spend a lot of time indoors with plenty of space for everyone to play games, watch movies, relax or use the hot tub outside. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels for everyone and the washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything you can think of to cook and serve meals for big groups.
absolutely amazing
Our stay over the holidays was absolutely amazing. We had an unexpected snow storm that knocked out the wifi for the whole area and the property manager was amazing at keeping us informed. Hot tub was great, yard was VERY pet friendly, there was plenty of room for a family to "weather a storm" & kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
Perfect for Family Gathering

Snofun
Lovely cabin...we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately got snowed in after trying to make it home. Ended up in Boomtown for a couple days, which wasn't bad either. Cabin was well equipped! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, and a dog! Area was very nice for morning walks, tucked away from the hustle bustle, yet close enough to our favorite spots like Commons Beach and Garwoods!
Great Spot
Great spot in Dollar Point. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Very cozy and the kitchen was very well-stocked which was a nice surprise! Everything worked well -- the hot tub, fireplace, etc. Lots of games and puzzles which was a nice touch. Very comfy beds. Very dog friendly but also spotless. Many thanks!
Spacious and Comfortable
Would definitely consider staying here again! The house was as advertised and had very clear instructions. We thought it was very spacious for our group and we felt comfortable through the duration of the stay

Amazing home! We loved our stay. It was our first time to stay in Dollar Point as well, and couldn’t recommend it more. Property manager was very responsive when needing assistance with the amenities and would definitely consider staying here again.

September at Sweet Dreams
We enjoyed Sweets dreams. The layout of the house is great. The kitchen and furnishings are very nice. The tv was easy to work. The fenced backyard was awesome for my friends dogs and the neighborhood is wonderful for dog walking, no off lease dogs encountered. The water in the hot tub really needs to be changed and the house could use a really good deep cleaning. Overall, a great vacation home.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
Sweet Dreams in Dollar Point
We had a great stay. The house was exactly as advertised. We had some questions, which were quickly answered by your staff. Will definitely book this house again since the yard was particularly good for our daughter who has a dog. The only issue is that the location is not walkable to Tahoe City, so bikes or a car would be needed.
Love this house!
This was by far the nicest house we have ever rented in Tahoe. It has a great layout, perfect for family and the yard was a great place for the kids to run around. All amenities you could possibly want and centrally located to beaches and town. We will definitely rent this house again.
Great Vacation Getaway
This was a very cozy and clean home. Everything was as described and the proper management was very responsive to the few questions we had. The location was excellent in a very quiet and nice neighborhood within walking distance to he lake, a park, and bike path. I would definitely recommend this home for rental.

Beautiful Location
The house was perfect and so was the yard. Very close to beautiful trails and Tahoe city shops/beaches. They are fully equiped with dishes, pots, spices, towels, etc. Just make sure you treat the hottub, because I didn't realize that was a daily routine. We could not use the community pool or beach, but still close to other beaches.
Amazing place
Everything was great, it was clean enough towels and kitchen utensils, toys for the kids and even sand toys to use. Everyone enjoyed the backyard and the lighting as well. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Dollar Point
Smoky, horrible headaches due to Forest Fires and no Leeway on termination of rental. Felt the house was very dated and carpet dirty.
Great place for families!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids had toys and loved the bunk beds. It was comfortable for our whole family of 9! The backyard is beautiful - green grass and plenty of space for kids to run around. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill. Super close to the lake! Only wish we were able to use the Dollar Point pool/beach/playground - but was restricted because we were only renters.

Sweet Dreams in November
The rental was quite beautiful and well equipped for a Thanksgiving dinner. After a little issue wit the oven, the rental company came to the rescue with a large roaster. The back stairs are steep so I would not suggest for a small dog but my GSD could navigate them quite well.

A beautiful residence in a peaceful neighborhood. Very functional for our needs with easy access. We had dogs so the fenced in backyard was helpful, and well kept. The house had ample amenities and lots of extras. Beds were comfy. Didn't have any time to try the hotub, but everything else worked fine. A really fun and relaxing place; we would book here again.<br/><br/>

Wonderful family rental
This place has everything from beach towels to shampoo to a fully stocked kitchen- so pack your clothes and go. Super spacious for families and grandparents to spread out both in the house and backyard. Walking distance to 7-11 and a 5 minute drive into Tahoe City. Close to any activities you’d like to do during your stay. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Friendsgiving in Tahoe
We had an exceptional stay at Sweet Dreams in Dollar Point. Perfect for 3 families with small children. We stayed during Thanksgiving and the kitchen was the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Literally everything you could need for a feast. Even a turkey baster! There was an unseasonably early and fierce snow storm predicted for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (2019 bombogenesis, ah!) and Cindy was available and so kind with advice about driving up. We needed to extend our stay by a day because of another snow storm predicting 3 feet of snow for our departure day. Again Cindy worked with us. Luckily the house wasn't booked for Monday so she helped us with a discounted rate so that we didn't put ourselves in potential danger trying to drive home. What a lovely home and company. We definitely plan on staying here again when we have a large group. Will stay with Tahoe Rental Company again even in a smaller house with just us. The house was cozy, great for a group, beds comfortable and warm. Fenced in yard was great for kids and dogs. Just perfect.

Family reunion rental
We rented this property in Dollar Point for a family reunion. I wish that the description would have been more clear about the entire living space being on the second floor, accessed with a very steep staircase. The living area would become trapped with hot air.
Amazing Tahoe Trip!
We had a wonderful time at Sweet Dreams! Two families, 8 people total, very kid friendly. Awesome location and home!

Perfect place
Two families at this house to spend a week. There were three adults and 4 Kids and this left plenty of space. The house came with everything that we could need. There was one slight issue with a light and the management company responded to the house in less than 5 minutes and rectify the situation. The management company was very fast and responsive to any inquiries we made. The hoa amenities were wonderful and the family loved the pool as well as the private beach.

Living area has lots of windows, letting a lot of light in. The back yard was large and had a few feet of snow. There is a nice grill in the terrace.
Coffee machine can make 10 cups, uses ground coffee, and included a cone gold filter (the paper filters at the cabin were the wrong basket type).
A copule of mornings (in April) we were greeted by a woodpecker bird knocking on the outside master bedroom wall at around 7-8 am, we found this funny and amusing, but just wanted to point this out for others.
Overall, I would definitively stay here again.

This 4 bedroom home in Dollar Point is a wonderful vacation getaway.The home has a great floor plan . There is a master suite with very comfortable bed upstairs off of the living husband and I were separated from our adult children who were sleeping in the nice 3 bedrooms downstairs.When I woke early to drink coffee and sit on the deck and enjoy the early morning peacefulness, there was ample room to enjoy private time.When our cousins came to dinner, there was enough seating, a well stocked kitchen to cook a nice meal in and horseshoes in the nice back yard to have spirited competition.<br/>This is truly a lovely home.<br/>Tahoe rentals found 4 nice homes in Dollar point for our annual family reunion this Summer.
