Step into a classic A-Frame in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Chamberlands, with access to the HOA amenities!  These include tennis, pier, pool and private beach access.  A shuttle runs during the summer, every 30 minutes, giving you quick ride to the action.  

With a huge front deck and large glass windows, the natural light pours into the cozy living room and kitchen.  Unwind and escape in this cozy open concept living, dining, and kitchen space with gas fireplace.  Sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms, it's the perfect two family home or weekend getaway for friends.  A king bedroom and one queen bedrooms fill the main floor with a shared bathroom, a middle level queen bedroom includes an open window to below (not fully private) while the loft (accessed via ladder) features 4 twin beds.

D.L. Bliss, Sugar Pine and Emerald Bay are all just a short drive away and there is hiking trails walking distance away. In the winter you are just 15 minutes to the Sherwood Access of Alpine Meadows ski resort. The front side of Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe are about 30 minutes away.

PARKING:
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. 

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
