North Shore offers several banking institutions incluing Plumas Bank, Bank of America, US Bank, El Dorado Savings Bank and Bank of the West. For medical assistsance, the Truckee Tahoe Medical Group is located at 925 North Lake Blvd in Tahoe City, and there are vetenary services in Tahoe City and Tahoe Vista.
