Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this beautiful Tahoe City vacation rental with a stunning lake view. This four bedroom home is located just minutes from the beach and town.

This home is in a very convenient location for all the fun you can have and any necessities you would need. There are many mountain bike trails, hiking or biking trails, and even cross-country skiing. Just 4 miles away you will be in the heart of Tahoe City where you will find a lot of great dining options and fun shops to walk. Being in such a great location you also have 3 major ski resorts with an abundance of summer and winter activities.

This is a 2 level home. On the main floor you have 2 bedrooms with extra long twin beds. The kitchen and living area which has an open floor plan allowing you to enjoy the company of all your guests. As well as a lovely gas fireplace to sit back and relax by after a long day on the mountain. Off the dining room is a large deck where you can sit back and enjoy your morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh Tahoe air and lake views. The lower level accommodates the two other bedrooms both with queen beds.

Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (12 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (10 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head into Tahoe City for many breakfast and dining options or to enjoy walking the local shops..

Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
