Enter our unique Tahoe home on the top floor of our cliffside house. The upper level bedrooms host a great view of Lake Tahoe! Downstairs, on our circular stairwell, you will find a large living room, dining area, and kitchen with plenty of room to spread out. We have upgraded our appliances so that you can enjoy relaxing at our home during any season. Our large deck will allow you to step outside and breath in the fresh air and enjoy the panoramic view. The upper floor bedrooms have openings to enjoy the open view, however, they can be closed for privacy.

Location:
Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos. Parking:
* Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway ONLY per county code.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed. It may be put away for the winter and or for High Wind Red Flag warning days. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access.
* There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use.

*Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years
*Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 7 adults
*Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 10 adults

*OCCUPANCY: Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12.
