The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, the master with a king bed and the second bedroom with a queen bed as well as a hallway bathroom. Mid floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and also hosts the kitchen, living room, hall bathroom and dining area. The loft level has two twin beds for extra sleeping.

You will fall in love with this fully remodeled condo as it has lots of space as well as the comfort of home. Relax with a good book or morning cup of coffee on the back deck, or take a stroll around the complex to the pool and tennis courts.

*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter
* Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park in designated spaces. No street parking per county ordinance
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
