There is plenty of seating with extra leave for the table if needed. There is a full shared bathroom plus a 1/2 bath on this level for easy use. Downstairs hosts 2 more bedrooms. Both bedroom three and four offer a queen plus a twin in each room. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combo.

This home is located close to Kings Beach which offers a wide variety of activities for the whole group. Downtown Kings Beach has restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The very popular and large Kings Beach has options for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and more. In the Winter months, Northstar, Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak are all within close distance. Parking:
* Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in this driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.

Great Hone near Lake Tahoe

We loved the house. While somewhat dated - it had all of the extras that made our stay wonderful. From the 4 bedrooms (with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and 3 singles) it easily accommodated our 4 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen had all of the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you would ever need. It even had a wood burning stove for the cold Tahoe nights. You get a beautiful view of the lake from the front deck and are in walking distance to the Lake also. The house is a short drive from the Safeway store and driving distance from the Casino for those interested. While we were there in the Fall, the house would be great for a visit any season.

This was a cozy, comfortable, convenient cabin in Tahoe Vista. The views were beautiful, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the dining space just right for our group dinner gatherings. We loved the CAL Bears memorabilia!
