In the winter, this central location provides convenient access to the Tahoe City XC Trail System, Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine, Homewood and all of North Tahoe’s winter fun.

As you enter on the main level you will find grand views and cozy, contemporary decor. Here you will find the kitchen, living room and dining rooms with vaulted wood ceilings and a gas fireplace. To the rear are two queen bedrooms and full bathroom with bathtub. Follow the stunning staircase upstairs and you enter a fabulous lofted area with a pull-out sofa and an absolutely breathtaking view of the Tahoe wilderness. Moving thru this space, you will find the master king bedroom and master bath with shower.

The unique lower “bunk” level will graciously host the children or singles with its 8 custom built-in full size bunk beds and an additional bathroom with tub/shower. This level also functions as a game room with sofa, television and bean bag chairs, all surrounding a gas fireplace and sliding glass doors that walk-out to the hot tub patio.

Location:
Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.

The home was the perfect size for our group of 8. Tons of common space and an open layout for lounging, cooking and even some dancing. All of the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Super close to Northstar and the lake. Looking forward to another trip!

This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe and staying in this house only enhanced our experience. We loved the location and neighborhood that was so pleasant for our morning walks. The home was spotless and the teens enjoyed their privacy downstairs with their own TV. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to our friends. The Staff at Tahoe Rental were very professional through this experience. We had to cancel once due to Covid but rebooked this year and they navigated us thru this process. I would also give them a 5 star.However, the oven wasn't working while we were there and the toaster oven's door wouldn't close properly so we were at a disadvantage for cooking for 10 people. I would upgrade the frying pans as they were pretty worn out. Overall, we were all very satisified.

One of the best Tahoe stays I've had which is a place I stay multiple times a year. The house seems newly updated and has an awesome bunk room that can sleep much more than our group had. Great for a ski weekend to Squaw/Alpine or Northstar. Pretty view of the lake through the trees. Easy access to the house and we had no issues through the stay.

House was exactly as described and sparkling clean. There were little touches all around the house that were really appreciated. We used the space for our team offsite for 11 people; the 8 full bed bunkbeds in the basement was perfect!

We love this home and we’re very comfortable in it for an extended weekend. I highly recommend this for 2 to 3 families with children who are safe on stairs. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. Adults loved the spa, the cozy fireplaces and back deck. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Fantastic cabin! Extremely spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful decor, and a great family vibe. I stayed here with 9 other adults and we all said it was the nicest cabin we’ve stayed at in Tahoe so far. For reference, we’ve been up to Tahoe as a group at least 4-5 other times. Great location, super clean, view of the lake. You will not regret staying here!

Lovely home with loads of room for two families for a total of four adults and five teenagers. The downstairs bunk room was THE BEST! Well appointed kitchen and furnishings. We didn't use the hot tub since it was summer and the nights were warm. We would definitely return to this home again.

The front room is grand. What a great vacation. Master bedroom upstairs was very nice and private. The downstairs bunk like beds were perfect for the kids! Used the Hot Tub every day. What a great place! Private beach for all of us to use plus a community pool that allowed our group to play Wiffle Ball, Tennis, and sit by the pool

We had a great time at this house. It had everything we need and the bunk beds in the basement were super spacious. The kitchen we well stocked and worked well for Thanksgiving dinner. Would definitely rent again.

Our family had a very good time and enjoyed using this house.Only problem was a visit from a large brown bear one night keeping some of us up most of the night. Trash cabinet did not keep the bear from getting into the trash and it made a lot of noise and quite a mess.

We had an amazing stay albeit a short one at the Lakeview lodge over the memorial day weekend. Beginning with the booking experience upto our checkout everything was good.This is a remodeled property and looks new.There is lot of space inside the property as well as on the Deck to take in the surrounding. The Bunk beds are especially fun for kids.All in all it was a memorable experience.
