Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to feed your crew, blend cool drinks, or bake some tasty treats. The living area opens to a large deck where you can relax on the outdoor sectional with a good book (there’s also a well stocked library) and listen to the gentle breeze wafting through the trees. Grill your favorite meals in the summer on the gas Weber grill and enjoy dinner al fresco on the outdoor table that seats 8.

The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the lower level, with generous storage in each bedroom, cozy down duvets and USB ports in nightstands and lamps to easily charge devices. There is a washer and dryer, and also a bonus room/office with adjustable stand-up desk and monitor, perfect for working during longer stays. The home also has the fastest WiFi available with extra routers to keep the signal strong. We know Tahoe is really a place to disconnect, but if you need to re-engage you certainly can. Drive up your EV - there's even a Tesla charger in the garage. Honestly, this is the full enchilada!

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults

We had a lovely time up in Tahoe! The home had everything we needed, and we loved the sleeping areas being downstairs where it stayed nice and cool during the heatwave. There was even a Tesla charger in the garage. We will absolutely be back next summer.
