Our single level home has a view from every room besides the kitchen! This adorable upgraded home allows for you to awake to the Lake in front of your eyes from every bedroom. Enter into the open living room and dining room with patio door that lead to our massive deck space with plenty of seating. The patio leads to our private beach and pier for your boat pick ups! Once you are settled, you will not want to leave.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults

This is about as close as you can get to the lake. Steps from the shore and dock, with beautiful and unobstructed morning, evening, and all day views of Lake Tahoe. Great location, about five minutes from Tahoe City, and restaurants / grocery going the other direction as well. Great house, clean, up-to-date, with really nice great room, sitting room / den, and one of the bedrooms a cozy upstairs one. Thank you for the great house.

We were so happy with our stay at Runabout Lake House in Cedar Flat! The house was impeccable and well stocked. The location is exactly what you are looking for in Lake Tahoe--right on the lake with your own dock, close to a few restaurants and grocery stores, and has great views of the lake from every room. We are already looking for a summer date to book at the same house.

The house was beautiful and well stocked. There was plenty of room for our party of six adults with two separate sitting areas so we could spread out a little. The deck and the lower seating area were fantastic, such a great place for coffee, drinks or just hanging out. The pictures don't really do the view of the lake justice, it's pretty magnificent.We hated to leave this property and would definitely stay here again - thanks!
