The inviting home features all the Tahoe musts - gas fireplace in living room and master, front and side decks, pool table, hot tub, proximity to beaches, trails, and close access to prime mountain resorts.

The main floor features living room, dining and kitchen along with the family room, den and the primary bedroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The upper floor has 4 more bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and a full bathroom in the hallway.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park in the driveway or garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

This s our second year renting this house and we absolutely loved it. The beautiful, comfy decor and fully outfitted kitchen are just two of the greatest features. The property managers are very responsive and so kind. We would love to rent again next year!

This property is the perfect family getaway! We had 10 people, with plenty of space for everyone. We even had space in the front yard for a make shift wiffle ball game using trees as bases.We most definitely will be back! Super easy check in too!

This is a fantastic Tahoe home. Our extended family had a wonderful winter visit. The home is convenient to Tahoe City, Homewood and Granlibakken (for the toddlers). The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough. I appreciated that there were an endless amount of towels available. The home was adequately stocked with kitchen items. The extra family room was a great play area for the kids and their toys leaving the great room tidy for the adults.

A fantastic home and rental experience! The home was spotless and well maintained. The management company was responsive throughout the process of renting, checkin, and check out. This is a large home with comfy bed, linens, plenty of dishes to cook and serve meals. The separate bunkroom/pool table quarters over the garage was a hit with our teenage grandkids. The primary bedroom was large and on the first floor, with 4 more bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom on the second floor has an attached bathroom and another full bath on the second floor to accommodate the other bedrooms.The outdoor area was perfect for our grandkids to build a snowman and play in the snow.An excellent family vacation home to make lasting memories!!

Beautiful home for our group of 10. Plenty of room for everyone, nice amenities. The garbage bear box is extremely small but that is the case for the entire neighborhood, not just this home. Overall a nice rental.
