With a private hot tub in the woodsy setting of the backyard, this home makes for a great pick for the whole family.

The main level entry leads into an open floor concept of kitchen and dining area allowing ample space to entertain. The living room features a large screen TV and plenty of seating for everyone in the home. The master bedroom is also located downstairs and offers a shared bathroom and backyard entrance to enjoy the private hot tub.

Another two bedrooms and shared bathroom offer extra privacy for the upstairs guests. One bedroom offers a queen sized bed and the largest room located at the end of the hall has a double size bunk bed and another double in the room sleeping 5 total. The remodeled bathroom is situated with dual sinks and a stand-up shower large enough to share.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I had and excellent stay at Stylish Home in Dollar Point. The house was cozy, clean and conveniently located. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from the center of town. We were in town for a wedding and were able to golf at some of the nicest courses I've played. Old Greenwood and Coyote Moon are only 25 minutes away and Edgewood is about an hour. We mainly stayed on the north shore where there are a ton of restaurants and activities but explored the south shore on our last day. We will be back with our kids for sure!

This home in Dollar Point (just a few min North of Tahoe City on the NW side of Lake Tahoe) is situated in a nice neighborhood and is a wonderful home. We had 8 people in our party and everyone was comfortable. The home is nicely furnished and seemed to be recently upgraded. The rental company that manages the home is just around the corner (Tahoe Rental Company) and they were really helpful in some practical ways, being so close by.

Overall the house and area were great. The rental company was also great in responding to questions we had or correcting any issues. The only thing I would highly recommend is getting new pillows and linens for the beds. The linens were especially hot for summer temperatures and made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

House was easy to find with a spacious backyard and a very clean hot tub. Location was great... easy to get to dinner spots, sleding spots and lake. House had two sleds in the garage which came in handy. Overall would love to stay here again soon!

Our family of four had a fabulous time at this rental. The house was clean and well maintained, it was comfortable and nice, yet we did not feel like we had to worry about our kids leaving a lasting imprint on the house. When we arrived the hot water wasn't working, we called the emergency line and they were very responsive, luckily we were able to get the pilot light lit on our own. The beds were comfortable and the yard and the hot tub were fantastic. We definitely would have had plenty of space for another family to join us. If we are nitpicking, some of the pillows could use replacement and they could use more than one baking sheet. If you have little ones you may want to consider bringing a baby gate since the stairs are fairly steep.

We were very happy staying at this clean and conveniently located I’m home! The home was everything it looks like in the pictures and the beds were perfectly comfortable. We had the BEST time at this rental. It was in such a perfect location and lovely neighborhood. The house was updated and didn't feel too outdated. The outdoor space and hot tub were incredible. And access to the private beach may have been the best part. We plan to come back, we loved it so much!

We had a nice stay in the house. It is clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. My only comment is that the kitchen is poorly equipped for actual cooking. There are plenty of plates/glasses, etc, but the supply of pots, pans and utensils is minimal at best. A small investment in those items plus some serving bowls/casserole dishes, etc. would make a big difference in the experience of this home.

We had a wonderful time on our ski vacation. This home is in a great location. It's a short drive to many ski resorts, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The home is very cozy and clean. I wish there was more fire wood though.. :) I'd definitely stay here again.

All in all, this place was a great place to stay, especially for the money. It was close to Squaw, Alpine and Northstar so there are close options to hit the slopes, based on weather. We had 6, 40yo guys staying here and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Having Instacart available to the house made it all the more convenient. The only real negative was the sectional couch was a bit old and not the most comfortable (one half of it tilted forward a bit). The management company was really easy to work with, check in was simple, the place was just like advertised.

Had a great stay at the Dollar Point Cabin. Check in was easy and home was amazing, and clean. Especially enjoyed the hot tub, and gathering on the large couch, after a great day of skiing.

The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and the yard is wonderful with lots of cute critters (chipmunks, rabbits and squirrels) the porch, bbq and hot tub made for an all around great experience. The kitchen had everything we needed.

I chose this property because it came with the Dollar Point beach access, had a modern kitchen and a hot tub in the backyard. I was super happy with the house. It fit our family of 5 perfectly - in fact all three kids decided to sleep together in the bedroom with the bunk beds so we had an unused bedroom. The beach day we did was just amazing and I had paddle boards and kayaks delivered to us. The backyard is lovely, we grilled out dinner and ate outside one night.

Great dollar point home<br/><br/>This house was everything the ad said. it was beautiful, close to the lake a short 10 minute walk, close to Tahoe city ,yet a nice very quiet neighborhood. inside the house everything was clean & neat and it was well laid out. <br/>the beds were soft, the bathrooms were big, and the living room and kitchen were easy to feel perfectly at home in. <br/><br/>We have told our friends about this house and management company and we expect to go back there in the future

Cabin was very nice and slept 3 adults and 2 kids easily. The HOA was great for having access to a pool and very nice commons area. The private HOA beach was a huge bonus too. The house has a great deck, hot tub, and layout for space. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Th management company was professional and responsive when we hsd a need and overall an great experience.

I came here with my family and we had an amazing time. We loved the modern furnishings with the cozy feel. The hot tub was huge! There's ample space for everyone in the bedrooms and even the bathrooms. The location was very convenient, just a short drive out to restaurants.
