Enjoy the lovely lower deck which leads directly to the pebbly beach, or relax on the upper deck outside the master bedroom as the sun rises and sets. Luxurious comforts throughout. The Native artwork lends to this home's warm, inviting atmosphere throughout. Ideally situated between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, you are in perfect proximity to shopping, restaurants and the public beaches. Location:
Carnelian Bay is a small town in the middle of Kings Beach and Tahoe City, and central to activities around the Lake. The famous Gar Woods restaurant is located in the heart of Carnelian Bay and offers a beautiful view and public pier. Next door, Patton Beach has beach activity options. In the Winter months, cross country skiing is available within a short drive. Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and more are less than a half hour drive. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.

Parking: Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not available to rental guests.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults

The house was perfect for our group. The house was extremely clean, the layout is perfect for adults, teens and kids to co-exist and the views are spectacular. Roaming the pebble beach even when it’s cold outside is a perfect way to start the day. The beds were all incredible comfortable and the kitchen is stocked to perfection. For our thanksgiving meal there was everything we needed. I also appreciated that there was dish soap, a sponge and laundry detergent. By the end of the stay we were already talking about making this a tradition! We would definitely go back! And the jacuzzi was the cherry on top! Thank you!!

This house was an amazing lakefront experience. The view is everything you could ask for... as was the home itself. Extremely well equipped. Great art. It's comfortably furnished and beautifully appointed. (Makes sense that the owner is from the southwest -- it's a 'southwest, native, mountain blend.' Exceptionally well done!). The home worked well for our elderly mother as well. She had only had 5-6 stairsteps from the lower-level bedroom level to the main living area. At this pricepoint, you would expect it to be nicely furnished and equipped, with no issues... and it was! Will definitely stay again.

We live in Reno and visit Tahoe many times A year. We got lucky with the last-minute booking for Mother’s Day weekend and everyone enjoyed themselves and all being together. The pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice...And I am very picky;) Looking forward to another stay. Comfy beds, 2 Beautiful decks, Fun hot tub on beautiful like Tahoe. Only one negative; finding the driveway off the busy highway...Eek... But now we’ve got it down for next time;)
