Come mingle with friends, shop and sip on your wine as you stroll your way through downtown Truckee, California at the thirteenth annual Downtown Truckee Wine, Walk & Shop. There will be award-winning wines paired with local food tastings and will give attendees the chance to see all the boutiques Truckee has to offer. The event will be held Saturday, October 1 from noon to 4 p.m. Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 at the door, attendees will receive a commemorative wine glass, an event program and map of participating venues, and five tickets for food tastings (additional food tickets may be purchased for $2 per ticket). This year a portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to Tahoe Food Hub and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada County and North Lake Tahoe.
