Adorable family home in Tahoe City. Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this home in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The beautiful home is a perfect place to bring everyone together, including your pet, for a fun vacation of playing & exploring. This home has an open floor plan and is close to restaurants, a private beach accessible to you, trails, and close access to prime mountain resorts.

The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan that features a wood burning fireplace. You also have a deck which is a nice touch for a morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh Tahoe air. There is a BBQ as well to enjoy cooking a nice lunch/dinner outside.

The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, hall bathroom and two bedrooms. The upper floor is a loft style bedroom with one queen, one twin and another bathroom.

Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Dog Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 7 adults

This 3 bedroom A Fram was perfect for all family. Very convenient to Palasades and Alpine Mtns. Close TJ restaurants as well. Very clean and had all the supplies we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Me wife and I and another couple rented the Bluebird A-Frame during the Celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe. The accommodations were as nice as described and well maintained. The location was a short drive to town, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The private beach was walking distance and provided spectacular views of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed a few meals at Jake's on The Lake and visited many of the local shops. Overall, our trip was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the lake, Tahoe City and Palisades. Access to Uber if you don't want to drive although expect to spend $40-$50 each way to Tahoe City. Only wish was that there was air-conditioning in the summer. It was very warm when we checked in. The large portable fans helped and looks like they do have heat for the winter.

We had 3 adult couples a little dog with us, and the house worked out super well. There were no problems and the rental agency was Johnny-On-The-Spot for incidentals. We really enjoyed the house and the property. Oh, the TV sound (we all thought) was below par, perhaps a sound bar would be a good addition.

This rental was wonderful except for a few things....the directions for the bear electrical wires could have been more detailed.....and there was no cancellation policy....and such high taxes, etc. The no cancellation policy made it difficult coming from 10 hours away during the winter. I will not ever rent something without it. And there were 3 lockboxs that weren't explained. The rental company was wonderful to work with.

The place was clean with plenty of space for our 2 families (7 people and a dog). Great that it is pet friendly. It has all the necessary kitchen cooking pots and pans and utensils. The only issue is that hot water was super hot and hard to dial in to the right temperature. 2 car space parking. We went in snowy winter, so side door was completely blocked by snow and ice. There were bear wires with electricity on, so be careful to turn off and move to the side first or else you may get a shock. It is close to North shore of Lake Tahoe and Tahoe City downtown (10 min drive) and Palisades ski resort (former Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows) Would definitely stay again.
