Located at the entrance to Dollar Point in Tahoe City. Close to the lake, downtown and to our prime mountain resorts.

The home is located across the street from amazing walking trails, next to the bike path and the bus stop that will take you downtown or to the resorts.

The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan with a nice fireplace to warm up beside. The backyard and updated patio is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, or afternoon book.

Nine people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the upper floor features another bedroom and bathroom.

* There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use.
