The spacious home has plenty of room to roam, with six bedrooms and a large layout you will find your own space to relax, or come together as a whole in the large living room next to the fireplace. You will also enjoy the warmth of the nice south facing deck both summer and winter with your morning cup of coffee or book.

On the upper floor, you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The lower floor has 3 additional bedrooms, and two more bathrooms.

Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 5 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 12 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.

We were very disappointed with the rental on Edgewater. We have rented with VRBO a number of times and have never had a house in this condition. when we rent we look at the neighborhood and the houses surrounding the rental and we were surprised by the problems we found. Kitchen-could have been cleaner and the sliding glass door did not have a handle/the screen door screen was not attached to the frame. Outside Deck - was a DANGER!!!! Almost every other rail attached to the deck was NOT ATTACHED. We were forced to secure all the railings with duct tape. We had children under the age of 8 and the deck was very dangerous. Top of the stairs - the house has a completely useless “dog gate” which we could not attach and had a broken piece with a dangerous pointy end. The towels in the primary bedroom/bath were stained (I can include a picture if you like). and the shower curtain in the bathroom on the top floor was dirty.And on the day we arrived, a service man from a utility company came to the house to TURN OFF THE ELECTRICITY and we had to beg him to keep the power on. If we had arrived after 5pm, there would have been NO power to the rental.This cannot be the first time you have had this kind of a review for this property, looks great from the outside but VERY unsatisfactory on the inside.I would NOT recommend this rental to anyone.

The beds were very comfortable with excellent pillows,nice sheets and comforters. Kitchen and bathrooms were outdated but clean and well stocked.
