On the upper level, you’ll discover the primary King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, featuring an extra-long tub and a separate shower. The open dining area and kitchen provide ample seating for 8, with an additional 6 barstools, perfect for entertaining guests. Relax in the living room by the wood fireplace or step outside onto the large deck, where you can enjoy stunning lake views.

The lower level features an inviting family room, complete with a wet bar, fridge, and a cozy fireplace. This area includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and a charming bunk room that accommodates up to four children. For added convenience, a sofa bed is also available in the family room, providing extra sleeping space.

Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
