A nice foyer at the entrance allows you to safely secure your skis and bikes for the evening. Step inside to the master suite to the right which includes a large bathroom and modern desk/workstation to easily work from home. The living room, dining, and kitchen is designed to entertain everyone together. Set up a spot for relaxation after a busy day or play games. The condo backs to a beautiful forest setting and it is peaceful and quiet. The second bedroom upstairs offers an additional sleeping space and a second full bathroom. 

The newest upgrades include a gas fireplace in the living room, new flooring (upstairs and downstairs); upgraded bathrooms; upgraded kitchen;  two "smart" TVs; "work from home" work station/desk; plus recently painted inside and outside. You will not be disappointed in the new features and warm welcome this unit has to offer.

Parking: 
Parking is available in front of the unit. Please park tandem and a max of two cars are allowed.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 4 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $3,750 for rent garbage, internet and driveway snow removal. Review the application on our Ski Lease tab of the Tahoe Rental Company website. Online booking is not available, so please review the ski lease tab, then contact us for more information to determine the next steps to ski or ride like a local this season!

Great location. Skied most days. Close to Palisades and Alpine. Was nice to have hill at Granlibakken too. Condo was beautifully decorated. Loft area was great with room to spread out in futon bed if you have teenagers or small kids. .

Came as a group of friends to ski Tahoe and it was such a stellar location (15 mins from both Alpine and Palisades), and close to food etc. Parking was ample, and hosts/property manager was attentive and quick to respond. Didn't use amenities (hot tub etc) so can't speak to those

Check in with the lock box was easy. The condo is nicely updated with wood-look tile floors and a newer kitchen. I wish the loft had a solid wall so the adults could use the main room after the kids go to bed. Only 100 feet from the bunny hill at Granlibakken!
