Description

Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lakefront home on the west shore. Enjoy the large Grandview home in Tahoma with buoy and pier access. Located close to Homewood Ski resort, trails for hiking/biking and the bike path to Tahoe City. Enjoy the use of the buoy and pier, as well as the beautifully manicured lawn and lakefront area of the home.

The main floor's living area is open and has an updated kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for family style meals.

The main floor features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as views of the lake. The lower floor features a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms and bathroom and access to lake and hot tub.

Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in garage. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 9 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.

**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $10,825 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal. Review the application on our Ski Lease tab of the Tahoe Rental Company website. Online booking is not available, so please review the ski lease tab, then contact us for more information to determine the next steps to ski or ride like a local this season!

Definitely VERY "GRANDVIEWS" in Tahoma

We enjoyed our stay at Grandview, with amazing views of the lake. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are huge with plenty of storage. The upstairs shower was wonderful, with plenty of water pressure and so easy to operate. However, we were given only one set of towels per person for our entire stay ( 10 nights). The house appears on the website to be set back from the highway, but that is very misleading, as it is actually right on the highway, We found the continuous road noise quite an annoyance, and I am sure it is much worse in the summer. Overall the house is comfortable and cozy with unforgettable views!

A perfect lake house for family, friends, and supreme comfort. Positives: beds are very comfortable, views are awesome, super clean, fireplace with wood provided, very responsive property manager, quiet nights in a hot tub, and amazing water pressure in the showers. Things to consider: there are two traditional coffee makers and one does not work. The one that does uses cone shaped filters. The fridge ice maker does not work- but many ice trays are provided full of ice. Lots of geese poop on lawn. Grill outside has some functional handicaps (knobs fall off easily). Overall, I would recommend this house to everyone!

Very lovely home with amazing views of Lake Tahoe! The house was perfect for my family of 6 to spread out and relax. The hot tub was great for relaxing after long days exploring. Location was convenient. We hope to be back one day!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this cabin. It has a beautiful view of the lake and waking up to that view was breathtaking. The cabin was clean and neat. We will definitely be coming back.

Grandview in Tahoma was a great place to spend time with family and friends. We used it as a base to ski, sled, and explore the north Lake Tahoe area. Our challenge was getting the heat figured out in the house. It was not easy to figure out based on the instructions.

We had an amazing time at this spacious beautiful chalet on Lake Tahoe. This place has everything you need. Pack your vehicle and plan on relaxing your entire time. Hearing the water splashing on the rocks while you drift away to happy dreams and the best sleep I have had this year. Views out of almost every window. The board games were a hit! Thank you so much for giving us the privilege of being able to stay at such a timeless gorgeous spacious cabin. I look forward to returning. Thank you.

Came in the beginning of December. Absolutely breathtaking view, spacious, cozy fun house/Cabin. Loved the amount of space for us all. Trying to book for the summer aswell!! It's a must have trip for us every year, and we found our return cabin!!
