After exploring Tahoe, return to your wooded haven in Kings Beach for a BBQ on the second-level deck overlooking the pine forest! The main bedroom indulges with a TempurPedic Cloud Elite gel/foam bed, a sofa bed, and an en suite bathroom.

The living area will be your go-to winter hangout spot, with its nap-worthy couches, a gas fireplace for apres ski lounging and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Watch favorite shows via Apple TV. In summertime, the second-level deck is the place to be! Plush outdoor furniture and a gas grill face your wooded and serene Tahoe setting. Back inside, the kitchen features modern stainless appliances, including a gas range and a dishwasher. Take a seat at the center island and sip wine while the cook gets to work. A rustic eight-person table adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy dinner together!

Kings Beach is a Tahoe gem with a standout public beach, hip dining and shops, and easy access to the Big 12 resorts. At the lifeguarded beach, work up an appetite with jet skiing, paddle boating kayaking and more, then hit Jason's Lakeside Grill for casual fare and lake views on the outdoor deck. All of this - plus a lot more - is within a short walk of the chalet. And for the outdoor adventurer, miles of hiking and biking trails are waiting right outside your back door!

Location:
While the kids and possibly some grown ups have a fun filled snow day in the yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (7 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (15 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. On the way to the beach you have coffee and breakfast spots to fill you up before your day. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Kings Beach or travel to Carnelian bay (less than 5 miles) to check out the famous Gar Woods Grill for their great food and cocktails.

* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Parking is available for 4 cars total. 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Dogs allowed at this home. Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.
