Enjoy your winter ski lease at Little Charlee’s Modern Getaway in Tahoe Vista. This three bedroom home is in a quiet culdesac and has a wrap around porch great for outdoor living. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable gathering options for homemade meals or relaxed take out dining.

This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The master suite has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has an additional king bed and the third bedroom offers a twin with a trundle bed, a play area and portable crib for the littles. The living room and kitchen open up to each other to be able to enjoy the company of all your guests. Located in the living room you have a nice wood burning fireplace to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or warm up after a cold day on the mountain. All together this Lake Tahoe home will accommodate up to 6 adults.

From this North Shore location you will find great spots to do many winter activities such as, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, skiing and snowboarding. The Tahoe Cross Country Ski area is approximately 8 miles away, snowmobiling areas are 2 miles away, or you have 3 large Tahoe ski resorts that offer an abundance of winter activities just 5-18 miles away.

This ideal location has many dining options just minutes down the road or take a drive, a little over 4 miles, to the iconic Gar Woods Grill & Pier for great food and drinks or to the Old Post Office Coffee Shop for a great breakfast.

Location:
While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (5 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (18 miles away). You may choose to grab a latte and breakfast at the charming Old Post Office Coffee Shop or a hearty meal at Gar Woods Grill and Pier. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Kings Beach (less than 3 miles) or travel 5 miles north to Crystal Bay in Nevada for cocktails and games of chance.

Parking: Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance

Other things to Note:
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
