Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this adorable Kings Beach vacation rental. The inviting home features all the Tahoe musts - fireplace in living room, nice back decks and yard, hot tub, close to beaches, trails, and prime mountain resorts. With a new oven and stove in the full kitchen and the local supermarket within a few miles; you can stock up on your way in and may never want to leave!

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Kings Beach, you are close to the popular Northstar California ski resort, close to the large public beach in downtown Kings beach, walking/hiking trails, biking, golfing, and more.

The single level home is perfect for the whole family. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating in the dining area for everyone to enjoy a nice family meal, with the local supermarkets just down the road; you can stock up on your way in for you may never want to leave!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for 6-7 people (two families or a small group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms features a queen beds, and a bunk room with a twin over a double bed, as well as a hall bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Location:
While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a latte and breakfast at the charming local coffee shops or a nice meal at some of the local restaurants. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Kings Beach or travel 2 miles north to Crystal Bay in Nevada for cocktails and games of chance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Parking is available for 3cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 7 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.

Perfect Family Stay!

The location was perfect for so many different things to do during the day. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect for the sore muscles after days of hiking and snowboarding. Lots of walkable options for dinner and shopping, would definitely book again!

We enjoyed out time at Lake Tahoe as a group of friends there to cycle around the lake. The setting was beautiful.The cabin was great with a few pros and cons. It was quite convenient to have the key in a lock box on location rather than needing to go get it elsewhere.The kitchen was stuffed with pots and pans, which of course took awhile to find since we weren’t familiar with the layout. But there wasn’t any foil or plastic wrap to cover leftovers with. The bedrooms were comfortable with very “cabins” feel.The patio furniture is covered with sap drops, so not very inviting. But there were plenty of towels in the hall closet if we had wanted to cover them. It may be suggested that the rental company or owner either keep cushions inside or cover them with a tarp between renters. The hot tub was nice, but we didn’t find the control panel very intuitive, so having detailed description on use would be helpful. The only instruction given was a code to unlock the cover, but there was no lock on the cover. We were shocked at the length of the “to do” list before we left. For a $300 cleaning fee we would expect the cleaners to do something! I’ve been asked to do similar things at other rentals, but the cleaning fee was less than half.

We loved the location of this cabin and enjoyed both the back deck and the hot tub. The layout and size are both great, and we really appreciated the fact that there were plenty of towels provided! The kitchen is a little tired. We enjoy cooking most of our meals while in Tahoe, and it was a challenge in this kitchen. While there are plenty of cups, glasses, plates, bowls and silverware - the pots and pans that we needed to use were not in usable condition. We let the management company know, who said they would make the owner aware. We greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the management company for the few hiccups we experienced - all of which they were able to fix very, very quickly.

The house was very clean and on a quiet street. We liked the location as it was a short walk to main street Kings Beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay, the location is convenient to Squaw & Northstar, close to Safeway & other retail stores at Kings Beach and close to great walks & snowshoeing in regional park in TV and 15 mins from superb running trail at Incline Village.

Enjoyed our stay, cute house and great neighborhood. Only complaint is the oven- it needs to be replaced. The actual temperature is much higher than set temperature. A glass baking dish shattered.
