Location: Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.

Other things to Note:
* Maximum 3 cars allowed in driveway, 1 small car in garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.

Loved This Tahoe City Cabin!

Loved it! The deck off the family room / kitchen was where we spent the most time, gorgeous views of the lake, yet intimately nestled amongst a pine studded back yard. The cabin was in great condition, in an ideal location of Dollar Point, had an amazing kitchen (stocked incredibly well), and lots of seating options indoors and out! We were there on a warmer week, so fans were a must to clear out the late afternoon heat...but would absolutely recommend for an amazing family vacation!!

Great house, great location. very relaxing place to be with a fully equipped kitchen and necessities. Beds and bedding were heavenly, couch was comfortable, over all it was a refreshing place to stay. Hot Tub- Please note the rental guide in house says to put a scoop of chlorine in the hot tub after use but this hot tub used pellets and has a floater with pellets in it. We weren't entirely sure what to do and added another pellet to the floater. Also, we couldn't get the jets to work to any massaging force. The jets on the side where there was no seat worked great but the ones at the seats didn't do much of anything. Would be nice for some to know prior to entry I imagine.

We had a lovely time at this home. It is one of the better homes I have stayed. Very well maintained, comfortable. Amazing views! It also is fully stocked with pots and pans. Something little but a lot of homes don't put effort into decent cookware, making meals a challenge. This home has tons of thoughtful details making the experience that much better. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time in this perfect, well equipped, Lake Tahoe rental home. The home was most comfortable and had a beautiful, scenic, lakeside view. The location was convenient for recreational activities, grocery restocking, and beach access. It was also great having the rental company readily available If we had any questions and concerns.

Our family of 6 aduls tspent 9 nights at this lovely, incredibly clean and well-stocked home. Fantastic deck and hot tub, great area to walk around, across the street fromm a forest with a long walking/biking path, excellant views of the lake. We would and plan to stay there again!The nanagement company was extremely helpful!

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at this home. The views of the lake from almost every room are wonderful. The deck is large and has a very nice gas BBQ. I loved waking up every morning and seeing the sun shining through the trees and glitter on the water.The home is nicely appointed with high-quality amenities. I would definitely recommend and go there again.
