Description

**Available for 2024 ski lease starting as early as November 1, 2023. $3,950 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal. Online booking is not available, so please review the ski lease tab, then contact us for more information to determine the next steps to ski or ride like a local this season!

Enjoy your winter in Lake Tahoe at this awesome log cabin located in Homewood. This home is in a great location and close to Tahoe’s prime mountain resorts.

This cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate up to 5 people. One bedroom holding a queen and the other with a king bed and TV’s in both rooms. Both bedrooms are located on the upper level with an extra sofa sleeper on the lower level. This is a very cozy cabin with a wood burning fireplace, a nice hot tub and beautiful lake views throughout.

Tahoe City is just minutes away for all your grocery shopping and necessities. Northstar ski resort is about 30 minutes away and Palisadesy/Alpine Meadows is just 15 minutes away, and Homewood Resort is just 2 minutes away.

After spending long days on the mountain you can come back and warm up by the lovely fire or jump in the hot tub to relax.

The access road to the home is steep and will require either four wheel drive with snow tires, AWD, and/or chains on icy or snowy days.

*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
