$3,500 Month Ski Lease 2017/2018

Tahoe Breeze is very spacious with an open living room, dining room and kitchen area which is equipped with all the essentials for a fabulous vacation. Tahoe Breeze has a long hallway. At one end of the home you will find the Master Suite with a king sized bed and a large bathroom. On the other end you will find two twin beds in one room and a king sized bed in the other, with private access to the backyard.

Up a short set of stairs you will find the remaining bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and access to the large upstairs balcony. The final bedroom has two more twin beds perfect for the kids. This floor also has it's own bathroom with a shower.

Tahoe Breeze is located on the lakeside of Hwy 89 in a private association with access to their private beach and buoys (additional guest fees apply for buoy). You will love the quick walk down the road to the private beach. Just across McKinney creek you can visit and enjoy the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill. Located on the bike paths, you can ride your bikes from Tahoma to Tahoe City. Hiking, biking, boating and water activities are all accessible from the home.

You are close to the Homewood ski resort and minutes from Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts.

NOTE: Although there are 3 king beds and 4 twins, Tahoe Breeze is not equipped to house more than 8 people, and no more than 3 vehicles are allowed on the property at any time.
