Enjoy your winter in Lake Tahoe at this beautiful home located in Tahoe City. This 3 bedroom home is located just minutes from town and Tahoe’s prime mountain resorts.

This home has an open living and kitchen area upstairs, a wood burning fireplace to warm up by and comfortable furniture for relaxing after long days on the mountain. Off the dining area is a deck to enjoy more of the outdoors when you’re back at home. The bedrooms are all located on the lower level and hold a cali king, and twin beds overall accommodating up to 6 guests.

Just 10 miles away is Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows ski resort and in the opposite direction, 19 miles, is Northstar California Resort. 3 miles down the road you will find many breakfast and dining options as well as stores for all your necessities.

This home has a long driveway allowing parking for 5 cars total. One small car can be parked in the garage and 4 others on the driveway.

* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
